The shipping fees for Priority and Express Shipping can be seen at checkout. These fees are charged per outfit because combining multiple outfits in one shipment increases the parcel weight and dimensions. As a result, UPS charges us based on weight and dimension of parcel. Increased weight and dimension lead to higher shipping fees. Therefore, we charge shipping fee per outfit

Yes, all outfits are ready to wear and fully stitched.


FROM WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. In rare cases, they may be shipped from India if the item is out of stock in Toronto.


WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to all countries worldwide.


DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No, we operate from a warehouse in Toronto, Canada, and do not offer in-person shopping services. It is just an online selling.

No, we do not offer shopping through FaceTime or video calls. Orders can be placed online only


CAN I SEE REAL PHOTOS OF THE OUTFIT BEFORE ORDERING?

The photo you're viewing on the website is real photo; it's the actual outfit worn by the model during the photoshoot. We don't have any other photos available as all outfit are packed in the box and we cannot just open box to take photos


IS THERE EXTRA FABRIC INSIDE TO MAKE THE OUTFIT BIGGER IN THE FUTURE?

Yes, there is 0.5 to 1 inch of extra fabric inside to adjust the bust and waist.


WILL THERE BE ANY CUSTOM DUTY TAX OR IMPORT DUTY TAX?

No, we have already paid all custom and import duty taxes upfront. So you don't need to pay anything.

DOES YOUR LEHENGA (SKIRT) CHOLI HAVE ELASTIC OR TIE-UP STRINGS?
There are two types of lehenga skirts:

  • Flat Belt Waist: This type has a flat waist in the front and does not have tie-up strings, zippers, or hooks. It features an elastic waistband at the back and a flat band at the front.
  • Tie-Up Strings: This type of lehenga has a zigzag pattern on the waist and comes with a drawstring to tie up the lehenga. These skirts are designed with a larger one size fit waist and a drawstring with zipper on the side for a custom fit. The extra room in the waist creates a distinctive zigzag pattern in the flair. WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE LEHENGA?

The usual length is approximately 40 inches, varying by 1-2 inches. We cannot make lehengas longer than 42 inches. Click here to ask about length customization.
 


CAN YOU DO CUSTOM STITCHING OF THE OUTFIT?

Yes, we can do custom stitching for extra fee based on customization required. Click here to ask about customization. Custom-stitched outfits are not returnable as they are specially made for you.


DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE FOR THE PERFECT FITTING?
No, we do not guarantee a perfect fit. For better fitting, we recommend ordering custom stitching 


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns for unstitched outfits within 7 days. However, for standard sizes (XXS to 12XL) and custom-stitched outfits, returns are not accepted. We offer assistance in choosing the right size to avoid returns. Click here for size selection help. We do not accept size exchanges. WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES?

If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping. If it is the customer's mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.


DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

No, we do not accept order cancellations.


DO YOU ACCEPT CHANGES IN ORDERS?
Yes, changes in orders can be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, we started processing the order and hence we cannot make any changes except shipping address.


WHY IS THE COLOR IN THE TITLE AND DESCRIPTION DIFFERENT FROM THE COLOR IN THE PHOTO FOR SOME OUTFITS?

The color will be as per the photo. It is very hard to give name to certain color shade because of mixture of more than one color. For example, there are pink color, dull pink, hot pink, bright pink, baby pink etc. We list only the primary color in the product title and description because it can be challenging to name a color with multiple shades. Therefore, we recommend selecting the outfit based on the color shown in the photo rather than the name mentioned in product title and description. You will receive the outfit as per the color shown in the photo. However, there might be slight color variation due to screen resolution and lighting.


WHY IS THERE AN ODOR COMING FROM MY OUTFIT?

Some traditional outfits might have an odor. This odor comes from a fixation agent used during the embroidery and dyeing processes. The smell is not permanent and should disappear after dry cleaning. Although we dry-clean the outfits before shipping, the smell may return due to packaging. We recommend dry cleaning the outfit again after receiving it.
