WHAT SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE USED?
We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Canada Post based on availability in terms of service.
FROM WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped from Toronto, Canada. In some rare cases, it can be shipped from India.
HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
You will receive your order within 15 days. Sometimes it may take longer than 15 days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
We offer three shipping speed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept any Master or Visa Credit/Debit Card, Gpay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
ARE THE OUTFITS FULLY STITCHED (READY TO WEAR)?
Yes, all our outfits are ready to wear and fully stitched.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM STITCHING OF THE OUTFIT?
Yes, we can do custom stitching. Custom stitching is free. While placing your order, choose the "Custom Stitching" option and provide your measurements. Alternatively, you can place your order and send your measurements to our email support@hatkebride.com. Custom-stitched outfits are not returnable as they are specially made for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unstitched Stitching Option: We accept returns within 07 calendar days from the date of delivery for the product purchased with the Unstitched Stitching Option. After confirmation of the return from our end, you'll need to send product to us at your cost. A full refund will proceed once we receive the returned product. Please note that, we will not refund any shipping fees you paid for returning the product. 

Standard Stitching Option: Plus size outfit (Size more than 44 size to 56 size) are not returnable and not exchangeable. We don't accept size exchange. We don't accept return for the size issue as it is buyer's responsibility to order choose correct size using our size chart. We don't accept return for the outfit ordered with Standard Stitching Option (like XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). Only unstitched outfit can be returnable

Custom Stitching Option: We don't accept returns for the product ordered with "Custom Stitching Options" on our end as each custom-stitched item is made according to your body measurement. It is not possible to stitch as per exact measurement provided by the customer. Stitched outfit's measurement may vary by 1 to 2 inch.

WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES?
The buyer will pay for the return shipping fees.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?
Yes, we accept cancellations. The customer can cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 3 hours.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHANGES IN ORDERS?
Yes, we accept changes in orders. The customer can request a modification in measurement or size change or select a different product in the order within 3 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 3 hours.
