Stitching Policy
General :
- Outfits on our website are available in up to 40-42 Bust and 40-42 Waist sizes.
- However, if your size exceeds such measurement we recommend inquire us at support@hatkebride.com. Our customer executives will be happy to assist you.
- Custom stitched and standard stitched products will not be exchanged or returned in any of the conditions.
- As most of our products are semi-stitched there can be little irregularity in stitching lines because they are meant to attach the parts of the garments. Therefore, it is assumed that customers will stitch them properly according to their body measurements when they wear them.
- Some products come with the accessories like tassels (latkes) etc. whose designs are subjected to slight variation according to availability in the market.
Standard Stitching :
- Nature has given magically unique shapes to each woman’s body. The body measurements of one woman will not be the same as other women. The Standard stitching products in our store will not exactly 100% match all the measurements of a woman's body, The standard, and semi-stitching will be made "general" figure in mind and made by our tailor. It is not possible to stitch as per exact measurement provided by the customer. Stitched outfit's measurement may vary by 2 to 4 inch.
Custom Stitching :
- Once you provide the sizes, the product is immediately sent for stitching. Therefore, there are rare possibilities to alter the sizes again.
- Moreover, everyone has their own tailoring choices and we try to provide you with the best-stitched product but there may be chances of a misfit.
- As our trailer didn't take your body measurement by themselves, we can't give a guarantee of the perfect fitting of the clothes on your body. You may still be required to make some stitching adjustments. Please, note that we won't reimburse you for the stitching adjustment cost. It is not possible to stitch as per exact measurement provided by the customer. Stitched outfit's measurement may vary by 2 to 4 inch.
